We want you to love your Crafvyn toys, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back! You have 30 days from the delivery date to start the return process. Just think of it as a playful pit stop on your Crafvyn adventure. If it’s been more than 30 days, we can’t accept returns, but we hope your little one is still enjoying their wooden wonders!
How to Initiate
Initiating a return is easier than pie (and way less messy). Simply our contact page and let us know you’d like to return an item. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return—think of it as sharing a little story about your experience. Our friendly team will guide you through the next steps, ensuring everything goes smoothly, just like our toys!
What’s Returnable
Not all heroes wear capes, and not all items are returnable. We accept returns on most unused and unopened toys that are in their original packaging. So, if you’ve got a toy that hasn’t seen the light of day, it’s eligible! However, personalized items or anything that has been played with (we’re talking serious toy action) can’t be returned. Safety first, fun always!
What’s Final Sale
Some items are like that elusive unicorn—you just can’t return them! All sales on final sale items are, well, final. This includes clearance items and those specially marked as non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether an item is final sale, feel free to ask our team via our contact page. We’ll be your trusty sidekick in this decision-making quest!
Refund Method & Timeline
When it comes to refunds, we believe in keeping it straightforward. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Just a heads up: depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account. Patience is a virtue, after all!
Damaged or Wrong Items
Oops! Did you receive a damaged toy or the wrong item? We fully get it—adventures can be a little wild sometimes. If this happens, reach out to us via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say ‘wooden wonderland!’ We believe every little one deserves a toy that’s ready for play.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the not-so-fun part, but we want to make it as painless as possible. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return makes it back to us safely. After all, we want to reunite with our toys too!
Exchanges
Exchanges are like trading stickers—fun and full of possibilities! If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and let us know what you’d like instead. Once we receive your return, we’ll send out the new item faster than you can build a tower with our Whimsical Tower Blocks. Just remember: exchanges are subject to product availability.
